| Dr. Smith's material has worked wonders for me. I feel more grounded in my daily life after putting these techniques to the test. I feel stronger, and more in control - not only of my OWN emotions, but also of those I take in from others. If I start to feel overwhelmed, I now have a healthy antidote. What once felt like a heavy heart now feels like ticklish whir in my chest most of the time, and I confidently feel I am prepared to handle life with a more optimistic approach. I enthusiastically recommend all of Dr. Smith's work (The Complete Empath Toolkit is a must-have) for all natural empaths and highly sensitive people. |
